Due to the nature of our research products, Performance Lab Daily does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or products that have been opened, handled, or stored after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.
